I am Ankush Agarwal and I founded Mint RPO in 2006 with a vision to make the right people connect. Through out my career I wore multiple hats in every organization I worked for. From marketing, sales, HR to general management, I have had the opportunity to work with great mentors and coworkers. During my corporate days, I observed a strikingly common area of concern across all fields, industries and management levels – getting the right person for a job. There was never an exact science or a tried and tested formula for this. It had to be an iterative process and often organizations would settle for less than desired profiles due to time constraints.
I have had the good fortune of setting up operations in different countries and cultures. Getting the right person for running the show was the single most difficult task and also made all the difference in making an operation unit a success. I was astounded to notice that regardless of countries, cultures, economies – most successful managers were the ones with incredible soft skills. At times their backgrounds, experience and qualifications would be at odds with the ‘perceived’ ideal candidate but these were wonderful people with an amazing ability to marshal the forces and get the startup operation going.
While constantly interacting with high level decision makers of huge multinational corporations, I realized that higher positions meant higher stakes. The right fit could actually turn around a situation and steer an entire company towards progress. I was known to be a peoples’ person and most of my recommendations resulted in successful recruits. I wanted to explore this ability and help as many organizations as possible to find the right fits.
My experience over the years has taught me that is not sufficient to find the right person for a job, but also imperative to find the right job for a person. Sustained success can be achieved if job roles live up to the expectations of candidates and improve their abilities. As someone who is passionate about human resources I take it up as a personal responsibility to ensure that both the organization and the candidate are satisfied.
My team is a diligently chosen, well balanced mix of people. To understand a job role it is important to be aware of the nuances of the positions being pitched. Hence our team members are Bachelors of Information Technology, Computer Science graduates, Management graduates, Commercial graduates as well as post graduates and manage relevant verticals. Our people are well traveled, globally aware and networked. We are intensely results oriented and process driven but always bear in mind that we are in the business of managing people. We constantly update ourselves with the latest trends be it in the industry, on campuses, economically or politically.

Mint RPO was established in the year 2006 by Ankush Agarwal prior to which, he has worked with large multinationals across the globe in the Telecom, I.T. & Services sectors. Ankush has experience in Marketing, Sales, Alliances and Operational HR. In the past, Ankush has set up operations for MNCs in Manila (Philippines), Dubai (UAE), Doha (Qatar), worked on HR vendor management system in London (UK), handled Public Relations, Analyst Relationships and Marketing in the USA and has hence developed extremely strong general managerial skills. His experience in setting up operations in multiple countries equips him with rich knowledge and firm background in various areas of business.
