Client: Large Staffing Company
Client locations supported: USA
Service offered by Mint: RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
Project Background: The client is a $150 million staffing company in the US.
They bagged a turnkey project for a leading Healthcare Insurance company. Their target was to hire and deliver 30 candidates within a span of three months.
The requirements were for contract and full time positions such as - HIPAA Business Analyst, Healthcare PM, Healthcare Architect, EDI Analyst, Healthcare Compliance PM, BA Healthcare Reform, Technical Delivery manager, EDI BA NASCO, Facets PM and other such positions.
Mint's RPO Solution:Â This turnkey project required a customized solution for timely delivery. We hence created a team of five people - three recruiters and two individuals to focus only on sourcing (Sourcers).
Sourcers were assigned to accumulate raw profile in high volume and continuously add to the pool of potential candidates. For this project a large database of resumes had to be screened, categorized and qualified. The sourcers focused on passive search techniques to surface short listed candidates for the recruiters to contact. Using the AIRS technique searches were conducted on Zoominfo, Hoovers, SearchExpo, LexisNexis, LinkedIn, ThomasNet, Manta and similar search engines. Sourcers were responsible for mapping the passive candidates, researching about competitors’ organizational structures and their people.
The recruiters exclusively focused on sourcing and interviewing active candidates along with the passive candidates provided by the sourcers. The recruiters followed an in depth interview process which included screening resumes, interviewing the candidates and gathering information about their experience and education. During the interview our recruiters would engage in a detailed discussion with the candidates about their previous projects and evaluate their availability, remuneration negotiations and also carry out reference checks. Mint RPO thus took over the entire interview co-ordination right up to providing the job offer.
Result: Mint RPO achieved the targets within the predetermined period of three months. The recruits possessed rare skills which were required for the specified critical and complicated job roles. Mint RPO delivered not only quantitatively but also qualitatively making this a wholly successful project.
